Will a credit freeze impact a candidate’s screening?

A credit report must be ordered for a credit screening to process. 

A credit report cannot process with a credit freeze in place. As a precaution, communicate with your candidate prior to ordering a credit report to confirm they do not have credit freezes in place with any of the three credit bureaus.
